I adored the rooftop bar. It provided good city views. the location was amazing, close to shops and restaurants. i found the room to be spacious, it had a great layout.
the gym equipment was dated. a bedside unit was missing on one side of the bed. the cleaning staff were a bit noisy in the afternoon, it made it hard to rest.

the staff was lovely and helpful both at reception and at the rooftop bar. it has a wonderful view of the castle and nice drinks. the room was very clean with towels, robes and slippers. they added a special touch for my partner's birthday, a NICE gesture.
The gym WAS quite shabby. It was impossible to workout properly there.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern decor. the room was spacious, and i particularly appreciated the blackout shutters. the rooftop bar offered great views of the castle. It was a definite bonus. the location was perfect. I could easily explore the city on foot.
i had to ask for water every day. this detail seemed odd considering the hotel's five-star rating. it's a small thing, but a consistent supply of water in the room would be nice.

The room overlooked the square, nice. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, a pleasant way to start the day. I also appreciated how the hotel is really well placed for exploring the town.
The rooftop bar staff seemed rude. I found an empty table without a reservation sign. but I was told to leave! The gym was not well maintained. It was difficult to workout properly.
